Following the on-site lab workshop in Thailand, Professor Saizen moved directly from Thailand to Indonesia to participate in Kyoto University's Study Abroad Fair and other events. The main purpose of the fair was to provide guidance on further education to outstanding students selected through a document screening process from Indonesia's top universities who wish to pursue master's or doctoral research at Kyoto University.

On the morning of Friday, September 19th, we paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Japan in Indonesia and exchanged views on the current situation of Indonesian university students studying abroad, including Japan.
