Japan-Korea Rural Planning Association Seminar was held at Pyeongchang campus, Soul University, South Korea (Oct. 30 to Nov. 2, 2024)

Prof. Saizen attended the seminar hold by Japan and Korea Rural Planning Association. Researchers from both association presented their research regarding rural revitalization and development. Based on them, we exchanged opinions and confirmed trends of our studies.

After that, we visited several places to learn actual rural revitalization activities in South Korea.

Prof. Bae Seung Jong belonged to LRP and shared the laboratory room with Prof. Saizen (at that time, Prof. Bae was Posdoc researcher and Prof. Saizen was Assistant Professor). They are very good friend and enjoyed this trip there.

Beautiful and  delicious Korean foods!

Pyeongchang is famous for its autumn leaves and we visited there when the leaves were at their peak.
