LRP Farewell party was held on March 22, 2024

One Ph.D. student and 5 master course students leave LRP on March, 2024. We had the farewell party at the laboratory with international foods etc., which were prepared by LRP members. The coordinator, Ph.D. student Adzani, prepared some interesting and heartwarming events there. We really enjoyed the party.

The picture is showing that Taira is receiving presents from LRP. His research is about the possibility of insect farming as a component of livelihood diversification in Thailand. He especially studied hard before the submission of the master thesis based on the spirits gotten his American football experience.

The picture is showing that Umaira is receiving presents from LRP. She had a good relationship with Haru-kun, who is a son of Asano-sensei so that this picture is showing the good group photo with him. She conducted research about the historical changes of Mangrove forest utilization in Moldive.

The picture is showing that Sosuke is receiving presents from LRP. His research is about the possibility of eco-tourism and the way of evaluation of regional resource in a village, Hue, Vietnam. He conducted field survey twice and build good relationships with ethnic minorities living there.

The picture is showing that Aya is receiving presents from LRP. Her research is about the sea transportation condition and its effects to local economic condition. This picture is showing her daughter who was born during her stay in Japan, and she looks very fine on Saizen sensei's arm.
